HOA Life

The Highlands does not currently use a professional property management company. Instead, the Board of Directors implemented a new violation management system through HOA Life in 2024 to help keep properties in compliance with our CC&Rs. All violation notices are sent privately to the email address we have on file for each resident. Residents can easily login by using their property address and the contact information we have on file.

Once a property concern or violation is addressed, residents simply need to email a photo back to us through the HOA Life website! If you'd like to check for any violations on your property, review the CC&Rs and their definitions, or report a property concern anonymously, you can log in to the HOA Life website for more information. 

Please note that if we do not have an email address on file, a $3 fee will be charged to cover the cost of mailing a notice. Violation fines are $25 per day after the grace period and multiple notices have been issued.
