Owners must complete the Architecture Form before construction.
Before construction, owner must submit all details including a plat showing all fence boundaries, gate placements, easements, and property lines through the Architecture Form. Measurements of each line of fence and measurements to house, easements, and property, as well as dimensions and style of each gate must be included.
Owner must submit an illustration of the appearance, style, and color of finished fence through the Architecture Form.
All existing fencing along run of fence must be removed prior to start of construction.
Fences must be installed on property lines and make a smooth transition to existing fences when possible.
Fences must be 6 ft. high and may be made of pressure treated wood or vinyl that is a shade of brown. Gate posts must be 6"x6"x8', and line posts must be 4"x4"x8' pressure treated lumber or vinyl. Steel gate frames must be mounted on enclosed side of fence.
Fences along Marchbank Parkway must have a "scalloped top" to follow the curvature of the parkway. The scalloped top must have upward arches (over scalloped/"half-moon"/arched style). Fences should follow the arch of neighboring fences along Marchbank Parkway.
Fences must be one cohesive color per run of fence. Acceptable colors are in a shade of brown or natural wood tone to maintain the harmony of external design. They are to be maintained to be free of large areas of algae, mildew, or other contaminants.

Sheds may be made out of traditional wood, vinyl, and shingles, or they may be made out of composite material (WPC). No metal sheds.

Sheds may not be closer than 5 feet to the interior side lot boundary line.

Cable and conduits must be painted to match roofing and siding colors as appropriate.

Mailboxes should be placed at a height of 41″ to 45″ from the road surface to the bottom of the mailbox or point of mail entry.
Mailboxes must be 6 to 8 inches back from the curb.
Mailboxes must have their house number posted clearly on the front or flag side of box.
Posts must be a 4″ x 4″ wooden support or a 2″-diameter standard steel or aluminum pipe and buried no more than 24 inches deep.
